Former US professional soccer player, cancer survivor and reality television winner, Ethan Zohn, joins the ASA & US Embassy Sports-based Conflict Resolution program in Banten, Indonesia.

ASA & US Embassy recently welcomed Ethan Zohn to Indonesia to conduct youth empowerment speeches to teacher and student stakeholders of the ASA & US Embassy Sports-based Conflict Resolution program in Lebak and Pandeglang, Banten.
Ex-American professional soccer goalkeeper, Ethan, has beaten cancer twice before going on to win the Survivor TV reality show and co-founding Grassroots Soccer that uses soccer to raise money and awareness to fight HIV/ AIDS, an area that ASA has strongly been focusing on throughout Indonesia and Bangladesh since 2005.
Hosted at SLB1 inclusive education school in Pandeglang, Ethan spent the afternoon conducting inspiring life skills empowerment speeches to 17 teacher trainer stakeholders together with 150 male and female student beneficiaries, some of which were children with disabilities, before participating in the ASA Sports-based Conflict Resolution coaching development workstations.
